Performs Bank administrative activities for multiple Countries. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing forms to include new profiles and resert passwords, prepare documentation to include agreements, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. habilities to work under pressure, Customer service skills and strong communication skills are required.

Principal Accountabilities

75% Financial Accounting:

  • Check new requests in email (Average 20 requests per day)

  • Update digital control with new requests

  • Execute new requests

  • Follow Up to pending requests from previous days (Contact in BU, Banks, Users)

  • Update digital control with all the advances of the day

15% Business Partnering:

  • Effective and timely communication with BU/ or other deaprtments Function wherever necessary.

  • Participate in BU/Function meetings, as requested.

  • Provide status of the request and pending access

5% Compliance & Process Efficiency:

  • Meet all agreed KPI and complete services within the SLA.

  • Review financial accounting processes and key internal control point to monitor alignment with the standard

5% Compliance & Process Efficiency:

  • Maintain all documentation and update timely.

  • Initiate, suggest and demonstrate process improvement

  • Any other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • Between 1 to 2 years experience in bank administration or administrative assistant.

  • Technical or associate degree, or about to conclude a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Works well independently, comfortable moving forward in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment

  • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving skills, and decision making skills

  • Demonstrate commitment to internal control

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook)

  • Demonstrated commitment to internal control

  • Strong customer service

  • Motivated for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Shared Service Center

  • Bank Knowledge

  • English A1
