Description

Principal Porpouse

Responsible for gathering and analyzing financial data, working within guidelines established by the organization. Provide credit write-ups and proposals for credit decisions. Develops and maintains relationships with internal & external customers

Principal Accountabilities

75%Analyze customer financial condition and review customer credit line . Minimize bad debt risk, maximize accounts receivable collections . Analyze customer financial statements and prepare credit proposals. Maintain credit lines renewals and credit limits updated. Follow up established guidelines & company policies.

25% Provide financial order management support to Supply Chain and Sales and Marketing personnel to control credit exposure, effect timely payment, and minimize risk of customer disputes.

Provide customer service and develops relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers.

Maintain accurate credit files and collection files. Maintain electronic collect notes for each customer account.

Participate in continues improvement projects and take an active role in cross-trainings to assist in driving quality improvements, processes, and initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in accouting, finance or bussiness administration.

  • Undestanding of accounting principles in the interpretation of customer financial statements.

  • Effective business writing and professional communication skills.

  • 2-3 years experience in credit analisis, utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet, and related computer skills.

  • Demonstrated Effective Customer Service Skills

  • Profieciency in English B2
