Responsible for strategic and tactical planning and directs the development of all FSQR systems in China CASC/GEOS BU’s with moderate FSQR complexity and risk. Interacting with the senior business and operation leads will be critical for this role. Responsibilities include: developing and implementing FSQR policies, continuous improvement of FSQR processes and systems, shaping the BU’s food safety culture and leading talent management practices. Ensure the function supports the anticipated growth in specialty fats, bottling, bakery, crush and infant formula and other related categories.
Key member of the FSQR CN & APAC Leadership team.
Ensure compliance of regulations/Policies.
Accountable for all FSQR policies standards & practices.
Direct implementation of policies, regulations, customer & supplier standrads.
Perform prevention activities and Issue resolution
Develop, implement and assess process and system.
Lead the process of mind set management of change for driving commum standards across FSQR Team members and main stakeholders.
Shape food safety, quality and regulatory culture/reputation.
Builds internal and external partnerships to ensure product quality for customers.
Lead talent management for FSQR in the BU.
Develop strategic & tactical FSQR plans for the BU
Establishes and manages budget.
Avaliable for Business Travels: minimum 20%
Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Biological Sciences or related fields.
Deep technical knowledge in the areas of food safety, quality assurance and regulatory affairs.
Deep technical knowledge in the areas of Quality Management System and Document Management
Lead Auditor in FSSC22000
Minimum 10 years experience in: Quality & Food Safety Management in Food/Animal Nutrition Companies and Knowledge of ISO 9001 implementation and Food Safety Audit (FSSC22000)
Advanced Auditing/Compliance - Applies advanced auditing and quality compliance skills to identify and manage risks/compliance
Advanced Product Information/Documentation: Prepares product information and documentation that meet regulatory compliance requirements.
Advanced Knowledge of Food Laws & Regulations - Stays up-to-date and ensures compliance with food laws and regulations.
Advanced Project Management - Applies advanced structured, disciplined approach to planning, administering and completing projects
