Position Purpose & Summary

This position, reporting to CAPC Innovation Manager, will be responsible for collecting, screening, analyzing and integrating market information / data including consumer insights, competitor information, Industry information, Supply side dynamics, customer intelligence, product analysis and transfer into useful and value-added insights. Also contribute to product innovation.

Principal Accountabilities

30% Industry intelligence / trend information, customer and competitor intelligence

To gather and analyze industry and market data, presenting them as knowledge or insights

To gather and analyze customer information incl. strategic business development and market performance data, evaluate the potential co-operation possibility with our business

To gather and analyze competitor information including market and products, to advise on marketing and product development competitive advantage.

30% Channel and Shopper insight

To gather and analyze channel and shopper information, ability to run research to get channel and shopper insights, in order to gain product competitive advantage.

20% Consumer insights

To conduct research to get consumer insights, working closely with NPD(new product development team) in order to guide product innovation.

20% Insight Model

To build sustainable data base and modeling based on information to get continuous insights to support business development


Education, Experience, Skills

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Ability for information collection and integration

  • Sepcially strong analytical skillsets and mindset

  • Insights Communication

  • University graduate

  • Proficient in key office software programs

  • 1-2 years anlystic experience or position delivering similar professional qualities

  • Strong information collecting skills

  • Strong Analytic and data processing skills

  • Critical thinking

  • Ability to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years above working experience

  • Prior similar industry working background is a strong plus
