Position Purpose

This position is responsible for generating Accounts Receivable billing documents, Intercompany recharges, monitoring errors and discrepancies. Processing daily requests for invoices and sending the documents to relevant parties. Performs administrative or clerical duties in support of accounting processes and procedures. Completes tasks using processes that are already in place, and escalates issues that deviate from established procedures. Providing straight forward administrative support in the tracking and monitoring of compliance to internal and external accounting laws and regulations. Performing administrative duties related to manual invoicing, ensuring they are in place and adhere to BU/Functional requirements

In addition, this role is to provide assistance to our Business Unit partners for general billing issues by providing optimal customer service.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Generate Billing Documents – this includes the creation, generation and sending of A/R billing and Intercompany documents.

  • Liaising with Accounting teams and BUs to provide relevant information relating to the back-up data accuracy and consistency.

  • Assist with adhoc requests or other billing duties as needed.


Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor degree in Economics or Finance

  • Have experience of working in a Finance Environment

  • Be fluent in English.

  • Be highly accurate, giving attention to detail.

  • Be a good, strong communicator at all levels, both oral and written.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Have good keyboard skills and be confident using Microsoft Office applications.
