Support the Travel Profile Integrity Manager in executing the necessary data integration support for BCD solutions and technology. The primary objectives are to support and troubleshoot issues, to ensure the integrity of the traveler profiles and support the travelers’ ability to access the travel technology tools used globally in the end to end process (TripSource: Profile Management, Travel Portal, Online Booking Tools, etc.).
50% Responsible for managing and monitoring global supporting channels available for the business travelers of the company:
Troubleshoot and direct for resolution requests related to the processes in scope (TS:PM profile availability, Travel Portal/OLBT access, etc.)
Monitor resolution and drive ad-hoc escalations
Provide guidance on user requests related to Cargill Global Travel and Entertainment Program
Provide proactive approach for in-depth resolution of common issue types
Share and implement ideas for improvement
Regular update on travel support process documentation
Update global content on travel portal page
Support data and system management activities
50% Assist in supporting the integrity of TS:PM profiles and global HR data feed sustainability
Support the Travel Profile Integrity Manager in executing business processes
Support the Travel Profile Integrity Manager in new country integrations, change management activities, process updates, etc.
Generate and analyze reports from the HR and TS:PM profile databases
Monitor and analyze TS:PM profile error logs
Regular update on TS:PM profile process documentation
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or other business-related field
Total business experience of 2-3 years in general business, or similar experience including data analysis & reporting and/or customer service support
Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing; very good communication skills are required
Advanced in computer skills including Windows (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills
Strong personal initiative and ability to explore and work with limited supervision
Able to adapt to change and learn quickly
IT troubleshooting skills
Exposure to a dynamic international environment
Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Experience in working with internationally located virtual team is an advantage.
Experience in MS Excel data analysis
