Cargill Business Services (CBS) is a global organization that envisages the accelerated use of shared services. Its purpose is to bring a smarter, more efficient approach to how we provide shared services to Cargill. That way businesses and functions can focus on what they do best. Five functions are in scope - HR, IT, Finance, Transportation & Logistics and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. These services will be delivered in six Centers based in Bangalore (India), Sofia (Bulgaria), Nanjing (China), San Jose (Costa Rica), Uberlandia (Brazil) and Rosario (Argentina).

This person will be responsible for completing the steps required to produce the reports and distribute the reports to users. There are detailed step-by-step instructions documented in English. Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office Suite will be required, especially MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Excel and MS Sharepoint. Oral and written fluency in English required.

Principal Accountabilities

100% Data gathering, reports generation/distribution and troubleshooting

  • Generate Daily/Weekly /Monthly/Quarterly reports

  • Distribute and explain reports to Stakeholders

  • Report Monthly and Quarterly Operational Performance Metrics per Functions

  • Ensure data is accurate and structured properly

  • Collaborate with Service Performance Analysts

  • Enable the analytics part to take place

  • Perform basic report troubleshooting and optimization


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in business, finance, statistics, math, or related discipline

  • 1 - 2 years’ relevant work experience in reporting, analytics or performance measurement fields

  • Intermediate understanding of the following MS Office tools: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Access, MS SharePoint, JDE, SAP, SQL and BI/BO

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; communicates effectively to all levels of the organization

  • Strong track record of delivering complex work on time

  • Experience working in a virtual, global environment

  • Ability to manage time, balance multiple tasks and constantly work with changing priorities

  • Experience in a start-up environment with considerable ambiguity

  • Proactive self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently

  • Ability to give and receive feedback in a timely, constructive, and transparent manner

  • Strong numerical abilities

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, teamwork and networking skills

  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize new reporting systems and tools

  • Fluent in English, other languages a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a shared services environment

  • Continuous Improvement knowledge – Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, ITIL CSI or relative

  • Analytical and presentation skills
