This position is responsible for establish business plan and sales strategy to distribute by-product (both marketable and waste product) which derivingfrom a manufacturing everyday to the market. Ensure attainment of company sales goals, profitability and customer satisfies.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability every day.
Coordinates development of action plans in advance with planning department.
Initiates business plan to penetrate new markets.
Liaising with customers and create a solution whenever the problems occurred for both company and customer (such as insufficient product, product overload etc.).
Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
Check and control customer debit that must not over credit
Be a consultant for recommending and training about view point of marketing, strategy to team/subordinate.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Bachelor’s degree of any field
At least 5 years experience in poultry business
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Risk taking base on marketing circumstance both domestic and international
Have Driver's license
