Description

Position Purpose:

  • Achieve the territory Sales Targets.

  • Interface with dealers/farmers and the organization on regular basis.

  • Create and manage feeders and dealers

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Leader: 80%

  • Absolute owner of the numbers for the territory (accountable). Execute the Territory business plan(including forecasting, and sales volume achievement)

  • Identify and manage dealership to achieve territory sales volume. Appoint dealers in consultation with ASM. Target and creates farmers for the dealer

  • Collect and execute sales orders by coordinating between a dealer and company

  • Collect feedback from dealers/market/ competition/farmers and report to ASM. Manage appropriate communication between the company and dealers /farmers.

  • Plan and execute FGMs

  • Feeder/Farmer service : - Advice on farm management, Disease Management, Feeding Management on day-to-day basis

  • Observe , record and communicate up-to-date farm related data to TAM/ASM for creation of POPs

  • Track competition business and non-users to do market mapping on monthly basis

Talent Leader/People Manager -20 %

  • Manage and develop sales officers to achieve volume targets and future TM pipeline

Responsibility/Duty

Qualifications

Education:

Graduation, preferably in life sciences

Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably of fish feed

  • Experience of leading people.

  • Preferably Understanding of fish farmer economics AND dealer economics

Skills:

  • Good communication and selling skills

  • Preferably technical knowledge of fish farming
