Position Purpose & Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to meet farmers (hatcheries, farms, integrators) and veterinary doctors to explain the products and generate demand for the products.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Product promotion to various customers as categorized as per business potential

-Meeting Poultry Practitioners & clinics everyday & ensure product is prescribed.

-Achieveing the sales plan

-To coordinate with managers for product promotion

-Co ordination between customers & distributors for sales development

-To align & implement with marketing plan & strategies

-Forecasting the business and plan

-Compliance to safety measures on and off the field.

-Develop relationship with Distributors & retailers & visit them regularly

-Monitor the secondary sales of distributors

-Upgrade on technical knowledge of products50%

  • Products forecast

-Check last 3 months sales data & shares the forecast details with ASM

-Coordinates with ASM to liquidate the stock

-Collects the stock order from distribution point & update the to same to branch/CFA (Carrying & forwarding Agent)30%

  • Outstanding collection

-Collects the outstanding payments from distributors

-Follow credit norms of the division20%


Required Qualifications

  • B Sc

  • 0 -2 years of experience

  • Communication Skills

  • Basic Computer Skills (excel and word)

  • Business Acument

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bsc science or poultry science;

  • 5 years experience in poultry pharmaceuticals
