Job location: Krefeld, Berlin or Hamburg (Germany)
You are in charge of Talent Acquisition for Cargill in Germany. You combine a classic hands-on recruitment approach, managing requisitions, developing and maintaining good relations with key business stakeholders and taking the lead on key initiatives for the country such as graduate recruitment.
You report to the Talent Acquisition Manager who supervises the Northern European cluster of countries and can rely on extensive administrative back up and subject matter support from your colleagues.
Provide full cycle recruiting including intake session with hiring manager, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.
As a corporate priority, you manage University relations in the aligning to the overall EMEA graduate recruitment strategy. You foresee necessary initiatives to ensure a solid pipeline of high caliber graduates candidates.
Manage the recruitment process through Taleo and insure global corporate processes and standards are applied in the country.
Build close relationship with key business stakeholders obtaining a deep understanding on their talent strategy.
Utilizes general Talent Acquisition subject matter expertise to partner with business and HR leadership regarding recruiting/sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, metrics and analytics, position responsibilities, forecasting, etc.
Manages respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities and ensure a strong and positive client and candidate experience.
Utilize recruitment technology systems (i.e. Taleo), process enhancements, and Taleo analytic capabilities to achieve efficiencies in recruiting activities.
Provides general training and direction related to a Talent Acquisition process or system for HR professionals in the business.
You have a Master or Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience as a Corporate Recruiter – ideally you combine both agency and corporate experience.
Strong business acumen, business partnering skills and orientation towards results.
You are a self-starting person, able to multitask and set priorities in your work.
Ability to gather and analyze data, and implement recommendations with business partners.
You are a good team-player and ready to collaborate with your team-colleagues locally and abroad.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of diversity and graduate recruiting strategies.
Experience with a recruiting system such as Taleo, LinkedIn, etc.
You have excellent organization and communication skills and are very customer focused, service minded and result driven. You can adapt to different kinds of stakeholders, different kinds of jobs and candidate markets.
You can work according established processes and systems, using them as an enabler, building clear and structured collaboration.
You are flexible to travel (20%) within the country to meet your business stakeholders.
You are fluent in German and English, any additional language is a plus.
