Responsible for all marketing generalist activities across Cargill Bioindustrial-PowerGen for SEAPAC & Greater China.
Responsible for the support of marketing communications activities, including strategy & planning, internal/external communication, execution & support, client interaction & business partnership and people, resource & budget management
Marketing & Communications Support, Management & Execution: 60%
Supports & manages the execution of marketing, communication actions & events planning with direct oversight from more senior team members. Activities include and not limited to :
Marketing collateral - propose & create
Meeting- organization & co-ordination
Tradeshow - sourcing, organization, co-ordination & participation
Seminar- sourcing, organization, co-ordination & participation
Exhibition - sourcing, organization, co-ordination & participation
Supports & manages the execution of multi channel marketing communication and promotion efforts assigned by more senior team members.
Supports the execution for basic market research and or market analysis for the systematic and structured capture of customer and competitor information as assigned by more senior team members
Manages & tracks spend of marketing budget with direct oversight from more senior team members
Responsible to execute the existing strategies to support the branding initiatives and to develop the business objectives with direct oversight from more senior team members
This position is responsible to execute branding and communication strategy, areas include and not limited to :
In collaboration with the sales/account managers, executes customer event
Interfaces with internal and external clients and customers.
Manages relationships and spend with external agencies.
Relationship Management: 20%
Maintain good relationship / interaction with channel partners, direct and indirect clients.
Event calendar scheduling to support the branding.
Individually responsible for the compliance of the objectives assigned by the more senior team members
Diploma or Degree in marketing or any other discipline
3-5 years working experience in Marketing & Communication field preferably experience in corporate MNC & in regional marketplace.
Fluent in written & spoken English & Mandarin
Experience in Microsoft office program & SF LEAP
Self motivated team player with ability to work under pressure and with people from different walks and cultures.
Experience in corporate MNC & in regional marketplace
