Marketing Communication Specialist
The role of MarketingCommunication Specialist is to develop communication materials to support salesand to increase brands awareness. He/she duties will includeproviding support to the Product Line Managers in writing, creating and deliveringmarketing materials, sharing ideas or concepts to strengthen the customersexperience with the brand, products and services. As a MarketingCommunication Specialist he/she will be responsible for the deployment of theexternal and internal communications. The candidate will report to Marketingand Internal Communication Manager and will be part of the Communication Team.
40% develop internalcommunication:
Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as an intranet, monthly magazine or regular email bulletin. You may also be required to work on the layout of content.
Publish timely company information, such as memos and company directives.
Publish videos and photography on company Internal website.
Lead the editorial process of communication to local Cargill Feed and Nutrition (CFN) employees (e.g. cooperation with designer, translator or printer).
Work on newsletters andpresentationsin close co-operation with European Communication Team.
Deliver presentations at organisational events.
Liaise with Global CAN communication in order to translate their initiatives to CFN Europe
40% develop external communication materials for new products, promotions, local activities:
Develop content for marketing communication divided to ATL and BTL activities (email, direct mail, press releases, website etc.).
Develop communication content/materials for internet.
Work with advertising and media agencies or internal graphic designer.
Close collaboration with graphic designer on all images, logos, layouts, other communication designs.
Develop/adapt packaging design according to the branding strategy.
Develop annual communication plan for the species/country he/she is in charge of.
Collaborate with legal team to ensure all marketing campaigns and materials are in compliance with local/EU laws (personal data, selling-lines/claims, product names).
20% Support events, exhibitions, fairs for Dealers and customers:
In co-operation with theadvertising, media agencies, event agencies etc. and/orthe internal Graphic Designer develop concepts for exhibitions areas.
In co-operation with Product Line Managers/Category Manager and Trade Marketing Specialist work oncampaigns/ logos to exhibitions and events stands and locations.
In co-operation with the Internal Graphic Designer and with Sales develop communication elements (invitations, presentations etc.) to customers/dealers events, open days, retailers.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field
Min. 3 years of marketing or marketing communications experience
Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of packaging design, advertising trends etc.
Strong attitude and ability to work in a team environment, to prioritize effectively, and plan time-lines to complete important projects
Creative and ”out of the box” thinking
Deadline-Oriented, strong sense of prioritizations
Ability to leverage customer insights and be customer focused
