The Talent & Performance COE Specialist is critical to the way in which the Talent & Performance COE Leads provide a global perspective on talent and practice expertise to HR and Enterprise/Function Leaders. They will support the Talent & Performance COE Leads across the scope of the practices in the COE (acquisition, assessment, talent management, learning, development, performance management, etc.)
This position will partner with the Enterprise/Function T&P COE Leads to ensure Enterprise and Function strategies are connected to the global Talent Strategy and the appropriate metrics in place to measure the impact on the business. The position will help to execute and continuously improve Cargill’s Talent & Performance practices. With strong conceptual skills and execution orientation, the incumbent will be successful by making connections and leveraging the interdependencies across the HR COEs, Global HR Solutions and Business HR.
50% - Enterprise/Function Talent & Organization Strategy Development and Solution Design
Provides a consolidated view of Enterprise/Function Talent Strategies to ensure effective management of talent across the organization, including talent acquisition, change management, engagement and retention
Provides knowledge and insights to Enterprise/Function Talent & Performance COE Leads and Talent & Performance COE Practice Leads to support the development of Enterprise/Group/Function/Sub-Function talent and organization strategies
Partners with the Enterprise/Function T&P COE Leads on talent and organization solution design (e.g. design of talent-focused leadership meetings, design of development experiences for executive talent management population, etc.)
Ensures tactical alignment of Group/Sub-Function talent and organization strategies with Enterprise/Function strategies
Supports the delivery of the executive talent management processes
Drives various day to day actions supporting the talent and organization commitments as defined by the talent and organization strategies.
30% - Enterprise/Function Talent & Performance Design, Deployment and Continuous Improvement
Connection and leverage point across Enterprises, Functions, Regions and the T&P COE to enable business and geographically-relevant T&P COE Solutions
Is involved in design and continuous improvement of T&P COE practice areas
In partnership with the Enterprise/Function Talent & Performance COE Lead, drives actions where the COE is responsible for process activities (e.g. audience identification, program nominations)
Advises the Talent & Performance COE Practice Leads on the business-relevance and practice experience to ensure talent and performance solutions are driving the intended outcomes.
Role models data driven insights by working directly with Human Capital Analytics on issue identification and research and analytics design (internal and external)
Supports the diagnosis and solution design of region-specific talent and organization issues in partnership with Enterprise/Function Talent & Performance COE Leads.
20% - Reporting Tools and Performance Standards / Metrics across the COE
Monitors global Talent Tools (i.e. Success Factors) for consistent application and use
Provides ongoing reporting and insights of key talent processes globally (i.e. talent moves, open positions, succession gaps) in partnership with HCA
Maintains global talent segment lists for communications, program nominations and reporting

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Accredited University degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in human resources.
Knowledge/Exposure in at least one of the following practice areas: Talent Management & Acquisition; Learning & Development; Organization Design, Change & Culture; Inclusion & Diversity; Human Capital Analytics.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ability to stand alone/challenge status quo, as well as engage in candid discussion/debate.
Proven collaboration ability and team player
Strong business acumen and client focused; proven track record in supporting business stakeholder needs and corporate requirements into effective products, services or solutions
Demonstrated cultural competence; demonstrated track record of promoting an inclusive environment.
