Location: Weybridge or another Cargill UK location (Home working considered)

Truvia® Natural Sweetener is the leading natural sugar substitute brand in North America and Europe. Offering zero and reduced calorie sweeteners from the stevia plant, this product line is part of Cargill’s Starches, Sweeteners and Texturizers North America business.

The position holder will be responsible for influencing and executing global strategy across commercial aspect of the Cargill’s Truvia® consumer brand business outside of North America. The International Business Coordinator will manage current business activities in the U.K., Spain and Italy.

Main Tasks:

  • Identify and manage change initiatives such as product development, packaging changes and business optimisation activities

  • Own and manage key strategic partner and customer relationship, working with business leadership team to develop, refine and execute strategy to optimise market and financial performance

  • Leverage cross functional teams to support business relationships

  • Lead and or work with a variety of internal and external partners (agencies and distribution partners) for oversight and execution of the marketing plan

  • Identify new opportunities, Go To Market options and participate in the selection of approach to expand into new geographies/ market channels

  • Leads effort to select and setup new distributor partnerships.


  • University degree in a relevant subject area, subject area, e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, project management

  • An MBA would be preferred but is not essential

  • Proven related experience in project management, marketing or customer management

  • International business development experience in a relevant industry e.g. FMGC/ ingredients would be advantageous

  • Experience of working successfully across multi-functional team

  • Proven communication skills in fluent and written English and able to communicate to a variety of internal and external stakeholders globally

  • Business partnering skills

  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally

  • Flexible to travel internationally (up to 20%)
