Supply Scheduler

Location: Bielany Wrocławskie

Considered emerging professionals in the supplychain planning space with developing and basic knowledge to use under directoversight in conducting less complex activities. Responsible for coordinatingone or several products or site with low impact on working capital, and short-termoutlook. This includes: supply chain planning operations, process development,planning & execution, client interaction / business partnership, andsystems/data management, reporting & analysis.

  • Efficient administration of production scheduling activitieslike Stock position management, VMI control.

  • Regularcontact with outside parties (logistics services providers, ProductionOperators, and toll processors).

  • Supportof the stock control process.

  • Creation of daily plan for coming weeks with input from MTP, stocklevels & orders.

  • Daily channel capacity reviews. Makes plan in case of gaps,aiming to minimize cost to serve and impact to customers. Involves all relevantstakeholders in communication process.

  • Transfer Order scheduling.

  • Execution of orders for Toll processing andshipments to external warehouses.

  • Is responsible to avoid backlogs in ERP system.

Process Development Planning & Execution

  • With direct oversight, sets stock levels and monitors inventory health for one product or site, along with managing the shelf life of the products (e.g. perishable products).

  • Coordinates and reviews capacity of inventory in relation to demand of customer orders for one product or site.

  • With direct oversight, coordinates and executes all forecastingprocesses. Provides input and support to processes and works with stakeholdersto explain and refine it.

  • Uses developing knowledge of supply chain planning practices and procedures to execute sales and operations plans and other supply chain strategies with low impact to working capital.

Supply Chain Planning Operations

  • Reviews channel capacity on a daily basisand develops the plan in case of gaps in order to minimize cost to serve andimpact to customers. Assists in communicating with all relevant stakeholders inthe process using a basic understanding of supply chain planning practices andprocedures.

  • May participate in and provide support toimprovement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of supplychain planning practices and procedures.

  • Creates less complex internal/externalbenchmark reports and activities across.

  • Applies a basic understanding of supplychain planning practices and procedures to identify areas of improvement andcost management deficiencies to better equip team with efficient supply chainplanning techniques and tools/systems.

Customer & Client Interaction, BusinessPartnership

  • Organizes and consolidates plans created byinternal stakeholders (e.g. sales, capacity management, plant operations, CTLand procurement) to be reviewed with more senior members of the team on theimpacts of their supply chain plan. This includes all aspects regarding costs,impact on capacity, logistics, and order release.

  • Using a developing knowledge and supplychain planning practices and procedures, assists in tracking and creatingreports on service level agreements for customers.

Systems / Data Management, Reporting &Analysis

  • Responsiblefor maintaining and updating tools/systems and relationships that supportsaccurate capacity planning, as well as other databases within the businessrelated to shipments and inventory management items.

  • Providescomplex data and support to the development of supply chain optimization andscenario management models to help analyze capacity and demand forecasts withlow impact on working capital.

  • Tracksand analyzes KPIs (key performance indicators) for one product or site.Implements actions to improve best practices across team.

  • With some oversight, conducts ad hocanalysis and reports. For example: tactical sourcing, budgeting, plan vs. actual, etc.



  • Secondaryeducation level or higher.

  • Fluentin local language and good level of English (verbal and written).

  • BasicSupply Chain Management APICS certification – a plus.

  • Preferablybasic knowledge of production scheduling and logistics processes.

  • Understanding of tools & systemssupporting production scheduling processes (e.g. JDE).

  • Understandingof production processes.

  • Basicunderstanding of product applications at customers.

  • Teamplayer.
